    About this piece

Meet the Premium Kitchen Utensil Bundle — a 5-piece set of our most-loved hand-carved olive wood utensils, shaped from sustainably sourced Mediterranean olive wood on the Greek island of Lesvos. This is our deep-bowl highlight reel: the pieces customers reach for over and over for soups, stews, sauces, grains, and salads. Each utensil is smooth-sanded, finished with our care balm, and safe for non-stick cookware. Olive wood is naturally dense, water-resistant, and beautifully grained — every piece carries its own swirl of honey, amber, and chocolate tones, so no two are alike. Every piece is carved by a refugee artisan rebuilding their life through fair, steady work. Buying this bundle helps fund a livelihood, not just a sale. What's included (5 pieces): 1 Soup Ladle 1 Multi Purpose Cooking Spoon 1 Large 12″ Serving Spoon 1 Salad Toss Set (2 pieces)

    The story

Every piece in this 5-piece bundle began as a branch of a wild olive tree on the island of Lesvos — the same island where, a few years ago, our makers arrived by boat with little more than the clothes on their backs. Today, instead of waiting in a refugee camp, they spend their days in a small workshop, carving olive wood into utensils sold around the world. Every piece is signed by the hand that made it and traceable back to its maker by QR code. When you cook with these utensils, you're holding a small piece of that story — Greek olive groves, refugee craftsmanship, and the slow, deliberate work of rebuilding a life one piece at a time.

    Frequently asked

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then towel dry. Never soak or place in the dishwasher. Every few months, rub a thin coat of our olive wood care balm (or food-safe mineral or olive oil) into the wood to keep it nourished and beautiful for decades.

Each piece is carved one at a time from a single block of olive wood, so grain pattern, color and shape will vary slightly. That's part of what makes yours one of a kind.

Every utensil is hand-carved on the Greek island of Lesvos by refugee artisans we work with directly.
