Every piece we ship is handcrafted from Lesvos olive wood. We stand behind it — and if anything is off, we make it right.

We stand behind every handcrafted olive wood piece we make. If your item isn't exactly what you expected, simply contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because every piece is made from natural olive wood, variations in grain, color, and shape are part of what makes each item unique.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please email lesvoswoodcraft@gmail.com within 15 business days of receiving your order.
We will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be requested to help us improve our packaging and shipping process.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first so we can assist you.
Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Personalized and engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
Shipping policy
Within 2 business days of order confirmation your order will be shipped.
On average in the US the delivery date is only 5 days after the order date.
Your package will arrive with beautiful giftable packaging, Greek recipes, and a thank-you card.
